CIRCUIT X|RACING BRAKE CALIPER

INTRODUCTION:
CIRCUIT X is a competition-grade brake caliper developed specifically for professional motorsport and extreme track applications. Every aspect of its design—including materials, structure, weight reduction, heat management, and brake pad configuration—is engineered to withstand high temperatures, heavy braking loads, and prolonged continuous operation under racing conditions.

Both the caliper body and pistons are manufactured from high-strength 7075 aluminum alloy. The caliper body is precision-machined from billet aluminum using a full CNC manufacturing process. Extensive weight-reduction machining further minimizes unsprung mass while maintaining exceptional rigidity, improving suspension performance, vehicle responsiveness, and overall chassis dynamics.

The piston caps are constructed from titanium, offering superior heat resistance, dimensional stability, rapid heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and lightweight performance. This design ensures reliable braking performance during extended high-temperature and high-load racing conditions.

CARBON FIBER AIR DUCT:
The dedicated carbon fiber air duct is designed to connect directly with brake cooling hoses, channeling external airflow precisely to the caliper area. By accelerating heat evacuation from the braking system, it effectively controls operating temperatures and reduces brake fade caused by repeated heavy braking.

This advanced cooling solution allows the braking system to recover temperature more efficiently under demanding motorsport conditions, ensuring consistent braking performance throughout extended track sessions.

BREMBO RB340 RACING PAD:
CIRCUIT X comes standard with Brembo Racing RB340 brake pads, developed for professional GT racing and endurance events such as 24-hour competitions.

Designed to deliver exceptional thermal stability, fade resistance, and linear braking characteristics, the RB340 maintains consistent friction performance and precise pedal feedback even under prolonged high-temperature and high-load braking conditions. It meets the demanding requirements of endurance racing for braking performance, consistency, and durability.

The braking system is engineered to withstand temperatures of up to 800°C, making it suitable for extreme track environments and continuous heavy braking applications.
